Singapore-listed property group Frasers Centrepoint today (17 February 2015) unveiled Frasers Tower, its premium Grade A office building which will offer a total net lettable area of approximately 690,000.
To be located at 182 Cecil Street, Frasers Tower will comprise a 38-storey Premium Grade A office spaces with regular and column-free floor plates of between 19,000 sq ft to 21,000 sq ft. It comes with an open-space terrace on the fourth floor and a roof garden with an adjacent 3-storey cascading retail podium featuring a various retail and F&B shops.

The development also features a standalone restaurant in a park and a 3-storey basement car park. It is scheduled for completion in 2018.
