DEVELOPER Ho Bee Land is launching a residential development in Surfers Paradise in Queensland's Gold Coast this weekend in Singapore.
Rhapsody, which is the firm's first residential project in the popular tourist city, is being built by Ho Bee unit HB Australia.
The showcase will be held this weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore from 11am to 7pm.
The 41-storey condominium will be completed in the first quarter of next year.
It features resort-style facilities, studio apartments and one- and two-bedroom apartments, with views of the city and beach, or mountains.
Prices start at A$282,000 (S$299,000) for a studio apartment. The project is within walking distance to a new light-rail service, among other things.
Savills is the joint marketing agent.
The showcase will be held this weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore from 11am to 7pm.
